b34r : Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a shift from quarterly to semi-annual distributions starting from FY2024, aiming to cut compliance costs and administrative resources. The first semi-annual distribution will cover the period ending June 30, 2024, and the company will maintain half-yearly financial reporting. Additionally, to minimize dilution of unitholder value, the management will accept a mix of cash and units as payment for management fees from FY2024.
