10baggerbamm : supports going to be right around $7.72.. it's kind of in no man's land right now it's in a downward trend selling is still out weighing buying it's closing towards the lows of the day so the lows are setting new lows it's not in an accumulation. as of yet because it hasn't reached what I see is a support level which is 7.72..
additionally they did miss the earnings although I watched how it traded post earnings were gapped down to the sixes and then traded straight up.
I wouldn't buy it in here I would wait till it builds a little bit of a base. the only way that I would look at it as I would sell puts it a price point that I'd want to own it at and collect a premium in the short term and if it got put to me then I would own it below the market.
so what I mean by this is the stocks at $8 if you were to sell a November 22nd put which is this Friday expiration and sell an $8 put strike price you're going to be able to collect about 23 cents per share. that puts your cost basis at $7.77.
if for some reason Friday's expiration it closes above 8 you don't get the stock but you still kept the premium that's how I would go about investing in it at this point if you don't want to wait to see if a base builds at the 20-day moving average.
