How to deposit via Bank Transfer

1. Deposit funds via bank transfer

To deposit funds via bank transfer in the mobile app, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Check Moomoo MY's beneficiary account information.

● Go to Accounts > Transfers > Deposit

Step 2: Transfer funds to Moomoo MY's beneficiary bank account.

Notes:

● The name of the account holder must be same as the name on the bank account transferring funds. Any joint bank account under your name is also acceptable. Transfers from any account holder other than yourself will not be accepted.

● We do not accept deposits in the form of cash or cheques. If you deposit funds in these forms, a refund will be made, and you will be liable for any fees incurred for processing the refund.

 

2. Deposit status

To check the status of your deposit in the moomoo app:

Go to Accounts > Transfers > History > Deposit, or click here.

 

3. Fees and processing time

Usually 1 business day
Moomoo MY does not charge any fees. Bank charges may apply.
