MooFest 2024 Terms & Conditions -- June to July 2024

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") shall apply to MooFest 2024 ("Event") Event Activities ("Activities") organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"), a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited ("Organiser").

3 June 2024 - 5 July 2024

Tickets Eligibility

Early Bird Special: Free Registration for ALL (new & existing users) until 7/6/2024 18:00 hrs.

From 7/6/2024 18:01hrs, the following conditions will apply:

New users who have never registered, registered users who have never opened a Moomoo SG universal account or registered users who have opened a Moomoo SG universal account but have not deposited funds before 18:00PM SGT on 7/6/2024 can redeem for a free ticket upon registration of a valid moomoo ID. 

Existing Users who have opened a Moomoo Singapore Universal Account ("Moomoo SG Account") and have made a deposit in the Moomoo SG Universal Account before 7/6/2024 18:00PM SGT, are eligible to register for the Event with 1,000 moomoo points. Once the ticket has been redeemed, there is no refund of points. Users with insufficient points balance can complete other tasks in-app to earn more points.

6,000 tickets are available and are issued on a first come first registered basis. Once all tickets are redeemed, registration will close.

Each moomoo ID is limited to one ticket. No transfer of tickets is allowed. You will receive an in-app push notification and will need to input your email address to receive an email confirming your successful registration.

This physical event is open to Singapore residents only.

1.1 New User Promotion

#Stocks are given in fractional value of US$10 per share. As of 29/2/2024 share price, AAPL is valued at US$181.42.

The 5 US fractional shares from the Stock Bundle are selected based on the top 5 traded stocks on the moomoo platform 3 months prior from 19/09/2023.

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or affiliated with Nvidia, Tesla, Apple, Sea, NIO and their subsidiaries.

All logos and brands referenced on the website are for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners and do not represent endorsements of any kind.

Asset frozen/maintenance period is considered from the time rewards are credited into the Moomoo SG Universal account.

**Campaign period may be extended subjected to Moomoo SG's discretion.

* Other fees related to U.S. stocks, such as regulators, exchanges, and upstream institutions, may still be charged. Unless otherwise specified, U.S. stocks refer to stocks and ETFs listed on U.S. exchanges. If the user enjoys this fee and discount, it cannot be used in combination with other rates. 

Although transactions are commission-free during the promotion period, please note that platform fees are charged per order. This is to enable Moomoo SG to continue to improve the user experience, such as improving our technology, providing free market data, creating better analytical tools to improve our platform so that we can serve our users better.  Moomoo SG also charges other fees such as GST and regulatory fees.

Moofest "Lucky Drop Game" at Moomoo Promotion Zone

These terms and conditions (「Terms and Conditions」) shall apply to the Moofest 2024 「Lucky Drop Game」 (「Campaign」) organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (「Moomoo SG」).

Activity Period

This Activity will be held between 6 July 2024, 8:00am to 6:00pm SGT, both timings inclusive (「Activity Period」).

The Event will take place solely at the offline event, Moofest 2024 (「Event」), and is applicable only to attendees of this event (「Participants」). Online attendees of this event shall not be eligible to participate.

Entries and Participation

To participate in this activity, complete the following tasks during the activity period:

  Eligibility For New Users

  New users who have never opened a Moomoo SG universal account and/or deposited funds before 8:00am SGT on 6 July 2024.

  Eligibility For Existing Users

  All existing users of Moomoo SG.

b. Game coupons earned shall be used for the sole purpose of participating in the activity during the activity Period and shall not be exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item, in part or in whole. Once the activity period has ended, it will no longer be deemed valid for gameplay.

c. Participants of this activity are not guaranteed a prize.

d. The following are the prizes that are made available to participants of this activity:

Lucky Drop Game

Eligibility: 1 Game coupon entitles 1 gameplay which the person may only drop 1 ping pong ball.

Prize is randomised and player is not guaranteed a prize should the ping pong balls fall in hole 4 or 8 "Better Luck Next Time!". Prizes are on first-come-first-serve basis and whilst stocks last.

Lucky Drop Game - Golden Hour

Eligibility: 1 Game coupon entitles 1 gameplay which the person may only drop 1 ping pong ball.

Game rule: Game coupon holders may form a queue 15 mins before the start of the Golden Hour. The 1st person in line will be able to play once by dropping the ping pong ball and subsequent person queueing may play until/ unless 1 person has already capture the stock in the Lucky Drop Game.

Note: During golden hour, ball & hole no. 8 will become the stock prize until 1 person has captured the stock.

Free stock will be given during golden hour at the stipulated time:

*Stock prices are stated as of 28 June 2024. Conversion rate is at US$1 = S$1.35.

Stock rewards value may fluctuate based on market conditions. Prize is randomised and player is not guaranteed a prize should they miss. Prize is given on a first-come-first-serve basis and whilst stocks last.

Goodie Bag

Goodie bags are limited to the first 1,500 participants who have registered and check-in at the event at Suntec Convention Centre, Hall 405 between 9am - 6pm SGT.

Moo Quest

Visit the below booths and perform different activities to collect stickers to complete the game card provided at check in. First 1500 who finished the quest can redeem for a moomoo inflatable neck pillow at the Redemption Zone.

Lucky Draw Prizes & Timings

How to participate in the lucky draw?

Users who have registered and checked-in for MooFest 2024 at Suntec Convention Centre on event day will be added to the lucky draw participant list. The prizes will be drawn using a name picker tool and the selected moomoo ID will be announced during each time slot on screen. Winner must be present in person to receive the prize otherwise the prize will be forfeited and we will redraw for the next winner. Winner must show his moomoo ID for verification. Each person is only entitled to win 1 prize and the winner will be removed from the next lucky draw participant list, except for Grand Lucky Draw.

*How to participate in the Grand Lucky Draw?

1. User must complete the Moo Quest game card by visiting all the booths stated in card.

2. User needs to drop the completed game card into a box provided at the Moomoo Redemption Zone to participate in the Main Stage Grand Lucky Draw before 5pm SGT on 6 July.

3. The winner will be drawn from the box on the main stage.

4. The winner must be physically present to win the Grand Lucky Draw prizes. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and we will redraw for the next winner.

5. Winner must show his ID for verification.

6. For Grand Lucky Draw, the winner can be a repeated winner if he/she has already won prizes from earlier lucky draws.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. In Singapore, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., a dealer licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
