Shengyang Investment (Holdings) Limited (previously known as Shengyang Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd.) is a Hong Kong-based company whose shares were listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (00174.HK) in 1988. The Company completed the restructuring on October 14, 2010, and Shengmei Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ocean Real Estate (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., has become the controlling shareholder of the Company. Since its registration and establishment, the main business of the Group has been trading, property development and securities investment. Following the restructuring of the Group, the trading business will be divested from the Group, while the Group will remain mainly engaged in property investment, securities investment and fund management business. By continuously adopting prudent and rigorous investment and development strategies, and utilizing the Group's relationship with COSCO, the Group is confident of bringing long-term profitability and value to shareholders.
