Xingsheng Commercial Management Co., Ltd. (“Xingsheng Commercial” or the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are leading commercial property operation service providers in the Greater Bay Area and have a national presence. In addition, the Group's commercial properties have a range of themed house brands covering topics such as home, family and children, women and fashion, sports and fitness, and food and social networking. In 2023, the Group won the “2023 Business Management Company Excellence List” and “2023 Marketing Planning Excellence List” by the China Shopping Federation. Shenzhen Futian Xinghe COCO Park was selected for the “National Model Smart Store” list and topped the list of the top ten two-way influencer brands in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Xiamen Xinghe COCO Park was also selected for the “Annual Shopping Mall Star Show List” in the shopping mall industry. At the same time, the Group's marketing campaign IP Xingsheng Commercial held the 7th Grand Festival and also won the “2023 High Quality Creativity Award” at Times Media Group's Times Marketing Festival.
