Why your bank account is not verifying

No micro-deposits have been received
After sending a request to link your bank account, you will receive two test micro-deposits* in your bank account within 1 to 2 business days.
If you haven't received the two micro-deposits after 3 business days or more, please check if your bank information is correct and resend a request to link your bank account.
*Note: test micro-deposits are small deposits, usually less than 1.00 CAD or 1.00 USD that will show up in your account to test that the account can transfer funds successfully.
 
Entered the wrong micro-deposit amounts
If the amounts you entered do not match the amounts you received in your bank account, or if you didn't enter the amounts within 60 days, your bank account will not be verified.
