To claim the Moomoo MY Offline Events Exclusive Benefits, you need to successfully complete the task within the campaign period.
Customers need to visit Moomoo MY booth between 31/08/2024 10:00AM MYT and 30/09/2024 11:59PM MYT, set up Moomoo MY universal account by scanning the QR code, and subscribe to a minimum amount of RM200 or more in any of the two MYR MMFs* and a USD fund* to get rewards.

After successful subscription of at least RM200 and the units are confirmed, the customer can receive RM2 cash coupon every day, and each successful customer can receive up to RM40 cash coupons.
Moomoo MY will provide a link to obtain exclusive rewards for offline campaign. Customers who enter the event landing page and successfully subscribe can be eligible for cash coupons.
1. Cash coupons will be issued daily for a total of 20 consecutive days, starting from the next day after the customer's first successful subscription of at least RM200, once the units are confirmed. The reward will be capped at RM40.
2. Once user meets the required holdings for the day, the system will issue the RM2 Cash Coupon reward and automatically redeemed it within three working days. The reward will be credited to your universal account after issuance and can be viewed in [Funds Detail].
Note: The daily holding amount must be at least RM200 and above to receive a daily RM2 cash coupon, and a maximum of RM40 cash coupon can be obtained;If your position is less than RM200 on a particular day, your qualifications will not be affected, but you will not be able to obtain the RM2 cash coupon on the day.

A2: No, the daily cash coupons must meet the requirements of previous day's position amount of RM200 and above.

A5: Clients' funds and assets are held through a custodian account which are full segregated from Moomoo MY's assets, neither the platform nor Moomoo MY can misappropriate the client's assets without authorization.
A6: Yes, as long as total subscription adds up to RM1,000, you are entitle for the RM2 daily cash coupon. For example, Fund 1 - RM100 subscription, Fund 2 - RM50 subscription, Fund 3 - RM50 subscrption, you will be entitle for the RM2 daily cash coupon.
1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
10. Any trademarks. Graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its[s1] products or services.
11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".
12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo my as per normal standards.
13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user.
