Eligibility for Activity Participation

Users who have successfully opened a Moomoo MY universal account and have made deposit into the account before 30/09/2024.

*Moomoo MY reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria for this promotion.

 

Summary 

(1) After entering the landing page, the user can register for the event by clicking the button.

(2) Within 3 days of registration, if the user's net deposit reaches the corresponding threshold, they can activate the lock-in task and trading task.

(3) After activating the lock-in task, the user needs to maintain a daily net deposit at the corresponding threshold for 60 days; during the lock-in period, the user can complete the trading task. After the lock-in ends, the net deposit rewards and trading rewards will be issued together.

(4) Definition of net deposit: Calculated from the time the user registers, net deposit = total deposits after registration - total withdrawals after registration, including any stock cash coupons or cash coupons issued to customer.

Note: Net deposit is only affected by deposits and withdrawals, not by stock assets. Stock trading activities during the activity period do not impact the amount of net deposits.

 

Rules

(1) Net Deposit Task

1.1 Within 3 days of registration, users who meet the corresponding net deposit threshold will qualify for cash coupon rewards in one tier and the rewards is not stackable.

● Threshold A: Net deposit reaches RM10,000, eligible for RM20 cash coupon.

● Threshold B: Net deposit reaches RM30,000, eligible for RM100 cash coupon.

● Threshold C: Net deposit reaches RM80,000, eligible for RM300 cash coupon.

1.2 During the lock-in period: Users must maintain their net deposit for 60 days to unlock the cash coupons. Once unlocked, the cash coupons are expected to be credited automatically within 7 working days.

● RM20 Cash Coupon: The net deposit cannot be less than RM10,000 and needs to be maintained for a total of 60 days.

● RM100 Cash Coupon: The net deposit cannot be less than RM30,000 and needs to be maintained for a total of 60 days.

● RM300 Cash Coupon: The net deposit cannot be less than RM80,000 and needs to be maintained for a total of 60 days.

1.3 During the locking period, the deposit cannot receive a higher threshold reward, but if the deposit is withdrawn, the locking net deposit task will fail, the reward will be reduced or even no reward can be obtained.

 

(2) Trading Task

2.1 During the fund verification period, the user's net deposit of RM10,000 and above can unlock the following trading tasks:

● Complete 10 stock buy trades to receive a RM25 stock cash coupon. The stock cash coupon will be automatically credited to the user's account after the lock-in period ends.

● Subscribe to one Cash Plus fund to receive a RM5 fund cash coupon. The fund cash coupon will be automatically credited to the user's account after the lock-in period ends.

2.2 If the net deposit of the user is less than RM10,000 during the locking period, the user will not be able to continue to complete the trading task.

 

FAQ

1. How do I get deposit rewards?

After entering the event page, users must click the "Join Now" button to register for the event. Once registered, users have 3 days to make a deposit. After the 3-day deposit period ends, they must maintain a minimum net deposit for the following 60 days. At the end of the 60 days, users will receive cash coupons based on the net deposit tier they maintained.

Please note, at the end of the 3-day deposit period, only those with a total net deposit of at least RM10,000 will enter the 60-day net deposit lock-in period. If the deposit is below this amount, the task will be considered unsuccessful, and no reward will be issued.

The final reward amount you can receive will be determined based on the net deposit tier you maintain during the 60-day lock-in period. If the minimum net deposit falls below RM10,000 on any given day within the 60-day period, the task will be considered unsuccessful, and no reward will be issued.

2. How do I get trading rewards?

Once users complete the net deposit task and successfully enter the lock-in period, they can unlock trading tasks. After completing the trading tasks during the lock-in period, users can receive their rewards at the end of the lock-in period.

If a user withdraws funds during the lock-in period, causing the net deposit to fall below RM10,000 on any given day, both the lock-in task and trading task will be void, and the rewards will not be granted.

3. How to calculate the net deposit?

Calculated from the time the user registers, net deposit = total deposits after registration - total withdrawals after registration, including any stock cash coupons or cash coupons issued to customer.

4. From when does the 3-day deposit period begin?

After entering the event page and clicking the "Join Now" button, the 3-day deposit countdown begins. For example: If a user registers on November 25, 2024, at 18:00, the 3-day deposit period will be from November 25, 2024, 18:00 to November 28, 2024, 23:59.

5. Can I unlock higher rewards if I continue to deposit after the 3-day deposit period?

No, even if you continue to deposit after the 3-day deposit period and within the 60-day lock-in period, you will not be able to unlock higher rewards. To receive the maximum reward, please make your deposits during the 3-day deposit period.

6. Can I withdraw funds within the 3-day deposit period?

Yes, your final net deposit during the 3-day deposit period is calculated based on your deposits and withdrawals. The calculation formula is: Net Deposit = Total Deposits After Registration - Total Withdrawals After Registration, including any stock cash coupons or cash coupons issued to customer. Please note that your withdrawals may reduce your net deposit during the deposit period. To obtain the highest rewards, please minimize withdrawals during the 3-day deposit period.

7. Can I withdraw funds during the 60-day net deposit lock-in period?

Yes, you can withdraw funds. As long as your net deposit still meets the requirements after the withdrawal, you will still be eligible for the rewards. However, please note that withdrawing may decrease your campaign net deposit, potentially reducing your rewards or even resulting in ineligibility for rewards after the 60-day lock-in period ends. (Net deposit for the campaign = total deposits after registration - total withdrawals after registration, including any stock cash coupons or cash coupons issued to customer.)

8. What Criteria Determine the Rewards Earned in This Event?

The rewards you can ultimately receive are determined by your net deposit levels during the 60-day net deposit lock-in period, as well as the completion of trading tasks. If, during the 60-day net deposit lock-in period, your minimum net deposit on any day falls below RM10,000, then both the net deposit locked task and trading task will fail, and you will not receive rewards.

For example: If your final net deposit during the 3-day deposit period is RM30,000, but you withdraw funds during the 60-day net deposit lock-in period, causing your net deposit to drop to RM20,000 on a given day, you will receive a RM20 cash coupon (which meets the minimum net deposit reward criteria) at the end of the 60-day net deposit lock-in period. Additionally, if you completed the trading tasks by buying 10 stocks and subscribing to one Cash Plus fund during the lock-in period, you will also receive a RM25 stock cash voucher and a RM5 fund cash voucher as trading rewards after the lock-in period ends.

Please note that if your minimum net deposit falls below RM10,000 on any day during the 60-day net deposit lock-in period, you will not be eligible for either the net deposit reward or the trading reward.

9. When will the rewards be given out?

The net deposit rewards and trading rewards will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the 60-day net deposit lock-in period.

10. Can I use my assets to trade after registration and deposit? If there is a loss due to trading, will it affect my net deposit calculation?

After registration, the deposited assets can be used for trading across any asset class. Any losses or gains resulting from trading will not affect the calculation of your net deposits, so feel free to trade confidently.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. 5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo my as per normal standards.

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user.
