Notes:

1. Funds can be freely traded after deposit. Minor fluctuations in asset value will not affect reward unlocking. If losses exceed 20%, fund-locking tasks may fail—please contact customer service for reissuance.

2. All free shares from this promotion (including lucky draw prizes) are denominated in USD (conversion rate fixed at USD:MYR=1:3.97 and this exchange rate is based on 26 January 2026 from BNM rate.) After unlocking the bonus stocks (completing the 60-day fund-locking task), the number of stocks credited will be calculated based on the current price or the previous trading day’s closing price at the time of unlocking. moomoo shall not be liable for fluctuations in the value of bonus stocks due to stock price movements during the period from purchase to crediting.

3. Apple stock rewards are limited to 10,000 units during the campaign, available while stocks last. If the stocks are fully claimed when you complete the task, you will no longer be eligible to receive them.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How is the cumulative net deposit calculated?

Cumulative Net Deposit = Total deposits during promotion – Total withdrawals (including withdrawals after using cash coupons).

Example 1: Customer A deposits RM30,000 on December 10, 2025, and uses the funds to trade stocks. Even if the stock value drops to RM5,000 due to fluctuations, Customer A is still eligible for bonus stocks (cumulative net deposit = RM30,000).

Example 2: Customer B deposits RM35,000 on December 10, 2025, and withdraws RM5,000 on January 15. Customer B is eligible for bonus stocks (cumulative net deposit = RM30,000 after withdrawal).

Example 3: Customer C deposits RM35,000 on December 10, 2025, and withdraws RM8,000 on January 15. Customer C is not eligible for bonus stocks (cumulative net deposit = RM27,000 after withdrawal).

2. Why haven't I received the reward after depositing?

After meeting the deposit threshold, you must first click "Claim" on the campaign page, then complete the 60-day fund-locking task. Rewards will be issued within 10 trading days and can be checked in "App - Me - My Rewards".

3. Will trading after depositing affect rewards?

No, you may trade freely. Just ensure your net deposit remains above the corresponding reward threshold (RM1,000/3,000/10,000/30,000, etc.).

Minor value fluctuations will not affect reward unlocking. However, if holdings depreciate by over 20%, it may cause the fund-locking task to fail. Please contact customer service for a reward reissue. Additional deposits or withdrawals do not affect unlocking.

4. Can securities transfer-in replace cash deposit?

No. Only deposits from a bank into Moomoo MY universal accounts qualify.

5. How are the free stock rewards credited to the account determined?

Free stocks are issued at a fixed value, denominated in USD (conversion rate fixed at USD:MYR=1:3.97 and this exchange rate is based on 26 January 2026 from BNM rate.)

After unlocking (completing the 60-day fund-locking task), Moomoo will purchase the stocks at the fixed price. Stocks will be credited to your account within 5 trading days after purchase. The number of stocks is calculated based on the stock price (current or previous closing price) at the time of unlocking.

Note: Stock prices may fluctuate between purchase and distribution. Moomoo is not responsible for such market fluctuations.

6. If I still want to make a deposit after the promotion ends, can I get rewards with higher thresholds?

If the deposit was initiated before the promotion ended but completed after the promotion ended, you can contact customer service to claim the corresponding rewards. However, if the deposit was initiated after the promotion ended, no rewards will be available.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). 11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion.

By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
