Campaign Period

The event will commence from 11 March 2024, 00:00AM MYT and end on 30 November 2024, 11:59PM MYT.

*Event period end date has been extended from 31 October 2024, 11:59PM (MYT) to 30 November 2024, 11:59PM (MYT).

*Starting from May 27th, 2024, certain rewards will be replaced with fractional shares rewards.

 

Campaign Eligibility

Users with a Moomoo MY universal account who have not previously traded US stocks on moomoo before the start of the event are eligible to participate.

 

How to Participate

Upon entering the event landing page and clicking the "Join Now" button, customers will trigger a 30-day countdown. Within this period, making a single purchase of US stocks will earn them one entry into the Fortune wheel. Alternatively, if they make two or three purchases at once upon registration, they will receive two or three entries into the Fortune wheel, respectively.

1. Where can I access the event at any time?

You can click on the event banner in "Moomoo - Me - Promotions" to access at any time for the Fortune wheel and to check the reward status.

2. When will the rewards be issued?

After obtaining the Fortune wheel chance and completing the draw, the winning prize will be automatically credited within 3 working days and will be automatically used without any additional operation. You can check the reward status in "Moomoo - Me - My Rewards".

3. Are there any requirements for the types of US stocks to be purchased?

Only US stocks, ETFs.

4. Are there any requirements for the amount and number of shares purchased?

There are no requirements for the amount and number of shares purchased in a single transaction. As long as one purchase is completed, you can get one chance to participate in the Fortune Wheel event.

5. If I fail to complete the transaction within the 30-day countdown, can I re-register?

No, each participant can only register once for the event.

6. Do I need to complete the lucky draw within the 30-day countdown after obtaining the chance?

Yes, the lucky draw needs to be completed within the 30-day countdown period. Any delay will be regarded as giving up the reward.

7. How many times can I participate in the Fortune Wheel event at most?

The maximum number of Fortune Wheel chances is three.

Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

7. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards.
