Campaign Eligibility

Referrer Eligibility: User [1] with a moomoo ID or Moomoo MY universal account.

Referee Eligibility: Users[1] who register a new moomoo ID after 4:00 PM (MYT) on August 20, 2024.

[1] Users must be Malaysian residents, either by registering with a Malaysian mobile phone number or an IP address in Malaysia.

 

Rewards for Referrer

Refer friend(s) to deposit RM1,000:

During the event period, refer friend(s) to register a moomoo ID and the referee completes a deposit of RM1,000 via the Moomoo MY universal account.

 

Rewards:

When you successfully refer 2 friends to deposit RM1,000, you can earn 2 moo coins;

● When you successfully refer 5 friends to deposit RM1,000, you can earn additional 3 moo coins on top of 2 moo coins from previous tier (total 5 moo coins for 5 friends);

● When you successfully refer 10 friends to deposit RM1,000, you can earn additional 5 moo coins on top of 5 moo coins from previous tier (total 10 moo coins for 10 friends);

 

Notes:

① Moo coins can be used to redeem moomoo merchandise rewards. The specific types of merchandise and the number of moo coins required for redemption are subject to the information on the activity page.

② The referee must register a moomoo ID through the referrer's invitation link before completing the deposit task. The referrer can only receive the referral reward after the referee completed the deposit task.

③ During the event period, the referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of friends referred, but the maximum reward is capped at 10 moo coins.

 

Usage Rules for Moo coins: Moo coins for this activity will be issued in real-time and can be viewed in "My Moo Coins" on the activity page. Customers can choose their desired merchandise in the "Redemption Zone" on the activity page and redeem it directly. Moo coins will expire after the activity ends.

Q1: I have already participated in the "Refer & Win NVIDIA" activity, can I still participate in this activity?

A1: Yes, when two activities are running concurrently, you can participate in both and receive rewards from both.

Q2: I have successfully invited a friend to register for the "Refer & Win NVIDIA" activity, and if this friend deposits RM1,000, what will I receive?

A2: You will receive an RM100 cash voucher, and the successful invitation will be counted towards the cumulative number of successful invites, which will allow you to receive moo coins upon reaching the specified threshold.

Q3: I have successfully invited two friends to deposit RM1,000 each for the "Refer & Win NVIDIA" activity. At the start of this activity, do I already earned two moo coins?

A3: Yes, because your invited friends registered and deposited RM1,000 after 4:00 PM (MYT) on August 20, 2024, you have successfully earned two moo coins.

Q4: How do I redeem merchandise?

A4: You can choose your desired merchandise in the "Redemption Zone," click on redeem, and if you have enough moo coins, you can successfully redeem.

Q5: When will I receive the merchandise I successfully redeemed?

A5: We will send out the merchandise after the activity ends. You can view the order details in the rewards shop, so please make sure to provide the correct address.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (""Moomoo MY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.

2. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its[s1] products or services.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

12. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards.
