Merdeka Bersama Moofest Event Rewards

Campaign Period

Eligibility

● All Moomoo MY customers who attend the Merdeka Bersama Moofest event may participate in this campaign and may be eligible to receive corresponding rewards.

● Merdeka Bersama Moofest refers to the 3 days event held in Pavilion Bukit Jalil, from 13/09/2024 - 15/09/2024 MYT.

Moomoo MY reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria for this campaign.

 

Reward Eligibility

Upon completing tasks, you may get the corresponding rewards such as merchandises, free Cisco share, cash coupons, and stock cash coupons.

Moomoo merchandise is subject to availability.

 

RSVP and Get a Special Gift

Customers who successfully RSVP on the Event Page, and show the RSVP to Moomoo MY staffs during the event will be entitled for an exclusive merchandise. Limit to the first 1,000 customers daily only.

One customer is entitled to 1 redemption only.

Customers will need to come to the event venue between 13/09/2024 to 15/09/2024 to redeem the merchandise.

 

New User Promotion

Customers who join the New User Campaign from Merdeka Bersama Moofest event will be eligible for additional special rewards (exclusive for this event only):

● Make a cumulative deposit of at least RM1,000 to Moomoo MY universal account and subscribe at least RM200 with Cash Plus, can get up to RM40 cashback.

● Make a cumulative deposit of at least RM10,000 to Moomoo MY universal account can get a moomoo merchandise.

● Make a cumulative deposit of at least RM30,000 to Moomoo MY universal account can get a moomoo merchandise.

 

Existing User Promotion

Customers who join the Existing User Campaign from Merdeka Bersama Moofest event will be eligible for additional special rewards (exclusive for this event only):

● Make a cumulative deposit of at least RM10,000 to Moomoo MY universal account can get a RM30 reward (RM10 stock cash coupon + RM20 cash coupon)

● Make a cumulative deposit of at least RM30,000 to Moomoo MY universal account can get a RM100 reward (RM20 stock cash coupon + RM80 cash coupon)

 

Stock cash coupon(s): Stock cash coupon(s) will be issued and activated immediately upon successful deposit of RM10,000 / RM30,000, and the stock cash coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

How to use stock cash coupons: During the validity period of the coupon, when you place and execute an order that meets the conditions for using the coupon, the coupon will be automatically applied. Upon successful use, you will receive a notification message informing you that the stock cash coupon has been used. The coupon is not directly deducted from the amount of your order; instead, the cashback will be credited to your account within 5 working days after successful use. Cash coupon(s): Cash coupon(s) will be issued after a successful deposit of RM10,000 / RM30,000.

The cash coupon will be activated if you successfully maintain a net deposit (including cash, stocks, and other assets) of RM10,000 / RM30,000 (or equivalent assets) for 60 days.

How to use cash coupon: Upon completion of the locked-in task, the cash coupon will be automatically credited to your account balance within 5 working days.

 

Note: After depositing, you can freely trade stocks. The decrease in net value due to fluctuations in holding value will not affect the unlocking of rewards.

 

Lucky Draw

Customers can collect an event passport from Moomoo MY staff on-site. Complete the tasks listed on the passport, then drop it in the box for a chance to enter the lucky draw.

Each day, there will be two lucky draw sessions, with five winners per session. Prizes include four Moomoo merchandise items and one grand prize of a free Cisco share.

Winners will be selected randomly. Each customer is eligible for one chance only.

Note: Event passports are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.

2. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7.  In Malaysia, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. 8. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

10. Any trademarks. Graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its[s1] products or services.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo my as per normal standards.

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user.
