Campaign Eligibility

Referrer Eligibility: User [1] with a moomoo ID or Moomoo MY universal account.

Referee Eligibility: Users[1] who have not registered a moomoo ID before

[1] Users must be Malaysian residents, either by registering with a Malaysian mobile phone number or an IP address in Malaysia.

 

Rewards for Referrer

Refer friend(s) to deposit any amount: During the event period, refer friend(s) to register a moomoo ID and the referee completes a deposit of at least RM1 via the Moomoo MY universal account.

Reward: For every successful referral, the referrer can receive a RM20 cash coupon.

Note:

1. The referee must register a moomoo ID through the referrer's invitation link before completing the deposit task. The referrer can only receive the invitation reward after the deposit task has been completed.

2. During the event period, the referrer can invite multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of friends invited, but the maximum reward is capped at RM200.

3. The "refer to deposit any amount" is a limited-time benefit with a limited number of rewards available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the rewards are exhausted before the end of the promotion period, the promotion will end early.

Cash coupon usage rules: The cash coupon for this activity will be issued to Me > Coupons. The reward will be directly deposited into your Moomoo MY universal account within 3 working days. To use the coupon, you must have a Moomoo MY universal account. If you do not have an account, you are required to open an account before using the coupon.

Refer friend(s) to trade (Upgrade reward): During the event period, refer friends to register for a moomoo ID. Once the referral relationship is successfully established, the referee completes 3 trades via the Moomoo MY universal account,and referrer can receive a one-time reward.

Reward: For every successful referral where the referee completes 3 buy trades, the referrer can receive a RM20 stock cash coupon (orders over RM200 can receive RM20 cashback).

Note:

1. The invitation trading reward is currently only available to some users.

2. The invitation and reward for completing the trading task by inviting friends will only take effect after the activity is upgraded. If the invitee has already made a purchase transaction before the activity is upgraded, it will not be counted in the number of invitation transactions.

3. During the event period, the referrer can invite multiple friends.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. If the referee had already registered for a moomoo ID through the referrer before the event period, can both the referee and referrer receive rewards?

If the referee had successfully establish the invitation relationship with the referrer by registering a moomoo ID through the referrer's invitation link, the invitation is considered valid and the referrer can receive the reward after the referee completes the deposit task. If the invitation relationship between the referrer and referee failed to bind, the referrer cannot receive the reward after the referee completes the deposit task, but the referee can still receive the new user reward.

2. If the referrer invites a total of 11 friends to deposit any amount, can he/ she receive RM220 cash coupons?

The referral reward for the deposit is capped at RM200. The referrer can invite more than 10 friends, but they can only receive a maximum of RM200.

3. If the referrer invites a total of 11 friends to make a cumulative deposit of RM1,000, can he/ she receive RM1,100 cash coupons?

The referral reward for the deposit is capped at RM1,000. The referrer can invite more than 10 friends, but they can only receive a maximum of RM1,200.(Includes RM20*10 and RM100*10 cash coupons).

4. The promotion of inviting friends to deposit RM1 and receive RM20 cash coupon started on 13/06/2024 at 5:16PM (MYT). Are the previously invited friends eligible for the RM20 cash coupon redemption?

The RM20 cash coupon reward is only applicable to the invitee who binds the referral relationship after 13/06/2024 at 5:16PM (MYT) and deposits RM1. The referral will not receive the reward for any previously invited friends.

5. Is there a limit on the number of friends a referrer may refer and the rewards a referrer may receive for successful refer to trade(Upgrade reward)

The number of friends a referrer may refer and the rewards for referring to trade are unlimited. The more they refer, the more they receive.

6. For the referrer who are eligible to refer to trade (Upgrade reward), when does the counting of the trading times of the referee start?

The trading times of the referee are counted from the time when the referrer are eligible to refer to trade (Upgrade reward).

7. For the referrer who are eligible to refer to trade (Upgrade reward),can he/she receive two RM20 stock cash coupons when the referee completes six trades ?

No. Each referee can complete multiple trades, but the referrer can only receive one RM20 stock cash coupon when the referee completes at least 3 trades.

8. If the inviter is from MY region and invites invitees from SG region, how will the reward be distributed?

The reward will be distributed based on the activity reward details of the region where the invitee is located.

 

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (""Moomoo MY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.

2. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its[s1] products or services.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

12. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards.
