Campaign Eligibility

Referrer Eligibility: User [1] with a moomoo ID or Moomoo MY universal account.

Referee Eligibility: Users[1] who have not registered a moomoo ID before

Rewards for Referrer

① Refer friend(s) to Open Account:

During the activity period, refer friend(s) to register a moomoo ID and referee opens a Moomoo MY Universal Account.

Rewards:

● When you successfully refer three friends to open an account, you can earn 0.2 shares of Nvidia stock

● When you successfully refer 10 friends to open an account, you can earn additional 0.3 shares of Nvidia stock on top of the 0.2 shares of Nvidia stock from previous tier (total 0.5 shares of Nvidia stock for 10 friends)

● When you successfully refer 25 friends to open an account, you can earn additional 0.5 shares of Nvidia stock on top of the 0.5 shares of Nvidia stock from previous tier (total 1 share of Nvidia stock for 25 friends)

Notes:

I. Referee must register a moomoo ID through the referrer's invitation link and successfully open an account, then referrer can receive the reward.

II. During the activity period, the referrer can refer multiple friends to open an account, with no limit to the number of friends referred, but the maximum reward you get for referring to open an account is capped at one share of Nvidia stock per referrer.

III. Nvidia share is a special reward for MerdekaBersamaMoo Campaign, quantity is limited and on first-come first-served basis.

Usage Rules for Free Nvidia Share: The gifted stocks will automatically be credited to your account balance within 5 working days. The value of the free share is estimated based on the stock prices as of 2024/08/20, and the reward value will fluctuate according to market conditions.

② Refer friend(s) to deposit RM1,000:

During the event period, refer friend(s) to register a moomoo ID and the referee completes a deposit of RM1,000 via the Moomoo MY universal account.

Reward: For every successful referral and deposit, the referrer can receive a RM100 cash coupon.

Notes:

I. The referee must register a moomoo ID through the referrer's invitation link before completing the deposit task. The referrer can only receive the referreral reward after the deposit task has been completed.

II. During the event period, the referrer can refer multiple friends, and there is no limit to the number of friends referd, but the maximum reward is capped at RM1,000.

Cash coupon usage rules: The cash coupon for this activity will be issued to Me > Coupons. The reward will be directly deposited into your Moomoo MY universal account within 3 working days. To use the coupon, you must have a Moomoo MY universal account. If you do not have an account, you are required to open an account before using the coupon.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: If my friend has already been linked to me before the start of the activity and they open an account at that time, can I still receive the reward?

A1: If your friend has registered and been linked to you before the start of the activity and they open an account at that time, you will not be eligible for the account opening reward. You can only receive the reward if your friend registers and opens an account after the start of the activity.

Q2: If I successfully invite 2 friends to open an account, can I earn Nvidia stocks?

A2: Cashing out Nvidia stocks has specific requirements in terms of the number of invitations. You need to invite 3, 10, or 25 people to be able to earn the corresponding Nvidia stocks.

Q3: If I successfully invite a total of 26 friends to open an account, how many Nvidia stocks can I receive?

A3: You can accumulate invitations to more than 25 friends who successfully open an account, but you will only receive a maximum of one Nvidia stock.

Q4: If I successfully invite a total of 11 friends to deposit RM1,000, how many cash coupons can I receive?

A4: You can accumulate invitations to more than 10 friends who deposit a total of RM1,000, but you will only receive a maximum of RM1,000.

Q5: If the referrer is from MY region and refers referees from SG region, how will the reward be distributed?

A5: The reward will be distributed based on the activity reward details of the region where the referee is located.

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (""Moomoo MY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.

2. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. 11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

12. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards.
