Enjoy 90-day 2% p.a. Cash Return - Mar to July 2024

Event Period

1. Enrollment Period: 19/3/2024 00:00 (MYT) - 25/7/2024 23:59 (MYT)

*Please be informed that the enrollment period has been extended from 15/7/2024 23:59 (MYT) to 25/7/2024 23:59 (MYT)

*The last chance to enroll will expire after 25/7/2024 23:59:59 (MYT), please complete the enrollment before the expiration date. Clients who have not enrolled can no longer participate in the campaign.

2. Benefit period: 90 days after the client's enrollment

*During the enrollment period, clients will enjoy 2.0% p.a. for 90 days regardless of when they enroll.

 

Eligibility

Moomoo MY clients who have opened an account and have assets ≥ RM6,000.

*Assets ≥ RM6,000 at any point in time during the enrollment period.

 

Event Rules

1. Participation Process

Eligible to participate → enter the landing page to complete the enrollment → enjoy 90 days 2.0% p.a. cash return

 

2. How to complete the enrollment

Enter the activity page and click the [Enroll Now] button to complete the enrollment.

 

3. Reward Calculation

a. Only cash assets can enjoy 90-day 2% p.a. return. Maximum cash asset value to earn 2% p.a. return will be RM200,000. 

b. When to start calculating the return: clients can generate return from the cash assets settled on the same day after completing the enrollment.

c. 2% p.a. return formula: daily return amount = (daily cash assets * 2%) / 365 days. Accumulated return details is the sum of daily return amount.

d. Cash assets within 90 days can be changed at will, even to 0, which does not affect the eligibility to participate, and the reward will be calculated based on daily cash assets.

e. Settlement time: Settlement and update of the previous day's data is done daily at 19:00 (MYT), and the settlement amount of cash assets is based on the next day's settlement at 09:00 (MYT). Due to the large volume of data, there may be a short delay in settlement and update.

*Specific updated information includes: 2% p.a. cash return remaining days of entitlement, accumulated return details, cash assets, yesterday's earnings, pending for this time, issued earnings, remaining eligibility.

 

4. Earning Issuance

a. After enrollment, the earnings will be settled once every 30 days. After the settlement, the earnings will be issued automatically within three working days, and the earnings will be issued three times in total within the 90-day earnings period.

b. Earnings are issued in the form of cash coupons.

The cash coupon does not require an actual transaction and will be automatically converted to cash and released to your universal account.

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

12. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user.
