2. The coupon can be viewed in [My] - [Coupons].
3. Please check the box to use the coupon in the fund order page.
4. The coupon will be effective after the subscription is completed and the shares are confirmed. You can check the status of the coupon and the additional income from the coupon in [Account] - [Position Details].
5. The event income generated by the coupon will be sent to your securities account within 3 trading days after the end of the specified period.

Notes:
① Each coupon can only be used once and cannot be stacked or split.
② Yield coupon will calculate the income based on the current holding invested with the coupon, and it will be calculated daily until the end of the specified period.
③ During the validity period of the coupon, if the principal of your investment is 0, the yield calculation will stop and any accrued yield will be credited.
④ During the validity period of coupons, if you redeem part of the principal amount invested with the coupon, the yield will be calculated based on the remaining principal after redemption and any subsequent investment will not enjoy the 2% additional yield.
Examples:
I. A client subscribes to a fund in the amount of 5,000USD with the Yield Coupon and holds it for 30 days.
The yield after 30 days is 5,000x2%×30/365 = 8.22USD.
II. A client subscribes to a fund in the amount of 5,000USD with the Yield Coupon and holds it for 30 days. On the 15th day, the client redeems 2,000USD and the principal amount becomes 3,000USD.
The yield after 30 days is 5,000×2%×15/365 + 3,000×2%×15/365= 6.58USD.
III. A client subscribes to a fund in the amount of 5,000USD with the Yield Coupon and holds it for 30 days. On the 15th day, the client redeems all 5,000USD and the principal amount becomes zero.
The calculation stops directly on the 15th day, and the yield is 5000×2%×15/365 = 4.11USD
1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. 3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
10. Any trademarks. Graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its[s1] products or services.
11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".
12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo my as per normal standards.
13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user.
