Campaign Period

Participation Period
The campaign will commence from 30/08/2024 at 12:00PM SGT and end on 30/09/2024 at 11:59PM SGT.
To qualify for the ranking board, participants must enter the event page during these period and complete deposit and subscribe with S$100,000. Ranking based on the net subscription amount from deposits during the participation period. The ranking board will be updated in real-time and based on the most recent refresh time.

Note: Only deposit and funds subscribed on the same day during the participation period will qualify. Entering the page will be considered as participation in the event."
* Net subscription amount = The amount deposited and subscribed on the same day after entering the page - redemption order amount
(Entering the page will be considered as participation in the event. All deposits, subscriptions, and redemptions initiated and confirming after participating in the event will be counted.)

Calculation Period
The calculation period will be from 1/10/2024, 12:00AM SGT - 8/10/2024, 5:00PM SGT."
During this calculation period, additional fund subscriptions will not be counted, but any fund redemption or bond sales will result in a drop in the net subscription amount.

Reward Period
The reward will be issued within 7 working days after the end of the calculation period.

 

Reward Distribution Rules

During the participation period of the event, real-time ranking will be based on the net subscription amount from deposits. Maintain your ranking until the end of the data calculation period to receive cash coupons reward corresponding to your ranking level.
The ranking will calculate the net subscription amount^ based on all funds purchased (excludingETFs and REITS) subscribed for on the moomoo platform.
^ Net subscription amount = The amount deposited and subscribed on the same day after entering the page - redemption order amount

Notes
[Participation Status] If the user has successfully participated, they can view their participation time on the event page. The participation status of the activity will be based on this time point. Entering the page will be considered as participation in the event. All deposits, subscriptions, and redemptions that are initiated and confirmed after participating in the event will be counted.

[Order Status] Only the amount deposited and subscribed on the same day during the participation period of the event will be counted. The deposit amount is based on the deposit completion time. The net subscription amount is based on the orders confirming the shares. Please be patient for the fund shares that are currently being confirmed. To ensure that the order amount is included in the net subscription before the deadline, please place your order several trading days before the participation period ends.

[Share calculation]
Net subscription amount = The amount deposited and subscribed on the same day after entering the page - redemption order amount

The completed deposit amount on the same day is the maximum amount that can be counted towards the subscription amount for that day.

[Withdrawal and Redemption]
If customer withdraws and redeems after the start of the event (after August 30th), and then participates in the event to deposit and subscribe, based on the terms of the event, this part of shares will be deducted during the calculation period and not included.[Ranking] The ranking will be updated based on the net subscription amount from deposits during the participation period. Real-time ranking can be viewed on the event page  (the real-time data on the ranking board is subject to the most recent refresh time displayed).
If there are equal net subscription amounts after the end of the calculation period, the earlier registration time will be given priority in the ranking.
 
[Calculation Period] During this calculation period, additional fund subscriptions will not be counted, but any fund redemption or bond sales will result in a drop in the net subscription amount.
 
[Exchange rate] The net subscription amount is calculated in SGD. Orders in USD will be converted at a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.40 SGD.
[Reward Distribution] Based on the ranking achieved upon the end of the calculation period, each participant can only receive one cash coupon corresponding to their ranking. The rewards will be issued accordingly within 7 working days after the end of calculation period.

 

Terms and conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.
2. Moomoo SG reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.
3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. 
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
8. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. All information and data on the webpage are for informational purposes only. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. This Campaign/Promotion does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs.
9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
10. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
