Moomoo SG customers 


4.1 Daily market check-in

There are 3 ways to participate in the market check-in activity. The activity rewards obtained by each way can be superimposed

4.1.1 Accumulate Points: Read any news article for more than 20 seconds to get 10 points. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn in a single day. Each article has an updated time. You can only get points by reading the updated content. The "read" mark will be displayed on the articles you have read. You cannot get points by reading them again before the next update.

4.1.2 Check-in: Read any article daily and you will be automatically check-in for the day. You cannot renew your fund cash coupon once it reaches the expiry. If you successfully check-in for 1 day you will receive a S$1 fund cash coupon. If you check-in for 3 consecutive days, you will receive a S$2 fund cash coupon. If you check-in for 7 consecutive days, you will receive a S$5 fund cash coupon. If you check-in for 30 consecutive days, you will receive a S$10 fund cash coupon.

4.1.3 Practice: There are 3 columns on the page. You can get 1,000 points by reading a certain number of times in a single column. You can get an additional 1,000 points by reading the [Hotspot Interpretation] column 50 times; you can get an additional 1,000 points by reading the [Allocation Strategy] column 10 times; you can get an additional 1,000 points by reading the [Market Conditions] column 10 times. You can only accumulate points by reading updated content. The "read" mark will be displayed on the articles that have been read. You cannot accumulate points by reading them again before the next update.

4.3 Limited-Time Task
Subscribe to any non-money market fund (amount at least S$300) to receive cash coupon rewards;

Limited-time tasks are only visible to users who have not experienced this feature;
The countdown begins from the time the user visits the page. If the task is completed or the countdown ends, the task will not be visible;
The subscription task is considered completed when the share is confirmed. If the share is not confirmed at the end of the countdown, the task is considered unfinished. The reward will be automatically issued within 3 trading days after completion;

4.4 Enabling Subscription Description
After enabling on the subscription function:
The activity will be pushed to users by message at 8:00PM every night by default. If the user cancels their subscription, it will take effect immediately;

5. Rewards
Reward Type
1. Points: can be used to redeem gifts under ""Rewards Club"".
2. S$1 Fund Cash Coupon: The threshold for use is S$300
3. S$2 Fund Cash Coupon: The threshold for use is S$500
4. S$5 Fund Cash Coupon: The threshold for use is S$1,000
5. S$10 Fund Cash Coupon: The threshold for use is S$3,000
6. Cash Coupon: Cash Coupon can be used directly without actual transaction."
The following are the things to note about fund cash coupons
1. Fund cash coupons can be used for fund products. The target is every completed subscription order. After using the coupon to complete the subscription and confirm the share, you will receive a fee rebate.
2. A coupon can only be used once, cannot be stacked or split, and does not support the use of coupons in automatic subscription and redemption scenarios.
3. Upon the successful use of the fund cash coupon, the system will send the discount amount to your universal account within 3 trading days after the subscription order is confirmed.
4. Fund cash coupons are bearer, cannot be reported lost, cannot be changed, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or reused.
5. To ensure the normal use of the coupons, please make sure that the software has been updated to the latest version.
6. Fund cash coupons are event rewards. Moomoo SG has the right to revoke wealth management cash coupons obtained due to system loopholes, illegal operations and other abnormal participation situations.
7. Moomoo SG has the final right of interpretation of the relevant rules of wealth management cash coupons within the scope permitted by law.

 

Terms and conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.
2. Moomoo SG reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.
3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. 
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.
8. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo SG does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. All information and data on the webpage are for informational purposes only. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. This Campaign/Promotion does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation or financial needs.
9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
10. Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
13. This advertisement has not been reviewed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
