Campaign Period 

The campaign will commence from 23/7/2024 at 10:00PM SGT - 31/10/2024 at 9:59PM SGT (“Campaign Period”).
 

Eligibility for Activity Participation

  • New users who have never opened a Moomoo SG universal account and/or deposited funds before 10:00PM SGT on 23/7/2024.
  • The campaign is only open exclusively to Singapore residents who have registered for a moomoo ID. Non-residents of Singapore will not be eligible for this promotion.
  • During the event period, any portfolio transfer will be considered as an existing client, and will not be eligible to receive rewards intended for new clients.
  • Transfer-in rewards and New User Promotion rewards have been made stackable for users who have initiated transfer-in during the same period.

Daily Extra Return breakdown:
Daily Holding * (6.8% – Daily Yield of the first Cash Plus Fund selected by the Client) * 30 / 365.
For example, if the first fund selected by a new user is the Fullerton SGD Cash Fund with a 3.9% p.a. rate, Moomoo SG will make up the difference to ensure that the user receives 6.8% p.a. for up to 30 days after the first subscription. If the annualized rate of return of the selected fund is higher than 6.8%, the fund’s own annualized rate of return will prevail.
The total extra returns will be credited to your Moomoo SG universal account in a lump sum in the form of a cash coupon within seven business days after the end of the 30-day enjoyment period.
Note:
During the event, Moomoo SG only guarantees the 6.8%p.a. for up to 30 days. The principal amount is not guaranteed. There are three Moomoo Cash Plus funds that can enjoy the 30-day 6.8%p.a. guaranteed returns namely: Fullerton SGD Liquidity Fund, CSOP USD Money Market Fund, and Fullerton SGD Cash Fund. On the activity page, only one USD and one SGD Money Market Funds are displayed; if your choice is to subscribe into "Fullerton SGD Cash Fund", you may navigate through the app, [Wealth] > [Cash Plus] > [Fullton SGD Cash Fund] to proceed with the subscription.
New users can purchase SGD Cash Plus or USD Cash Plus, but daily extra return reward is only applicable to the first Cash Plus fund subscribed into. If two funds are subscribed into at the same time, the fund with the higher subscription amount will be assumed as the first choice of fund. The first fund subscribed may be purchased actively by the user or purchased automatically after the user activates SmartSave and is determined based on the subscription time.
Utilisation of the Cash Plus SGD direct withdrawal feature will result in a direct deduction from the SGD money market fund with the lowest 7-day yield. If user's Moomoo Cash Plus holding for the 6.8% p.a. campaign falls under the SGD fund with the lowest 7-day yield, there will be a direct redemption from the fund subscribed to 6.8%p.a. and in turn affect your final return rewards earned under the promotion.
Rewards (Daily Extra Returns) will be credited in Singapore dollars regardless of the underlying fund chosen. Users who have invested in CSOP USD Cash Fund will receive cash rewards converted into Singapore dollars at an exchange rate of 1.34. If there is a negative rate of return for 7 consecutive days, the position of any fund invested will be liquidated. Users will still be entitled to receive cash rewards from 6.8%p.a. for up to 30 days guaranteed by Moomoo SG during the positive holding period.

What considers as buy trade?
Buy trade is defined as the action of buying stocks, options, ETFs, funds only. Selling is not considered. The minimum trade amount per transaction needs to be at least S$1.
 
*At least 1 of the 8 buy trade required above has to include stocks and/or any buy trade of the following: Stocks/warrants/ETFs, options (US stock options, index options), futures, bonds.
 
To receive Stock Bundles, users are required to deposit and maintain daily net cumulative assets (cash, stocks and other assets included) of the stipulated amounts for the asset maintenance duration stated for each tier. Due to stock price fluctuations, the total asset value is allowed to drop by 20% from the stated amount.
In order for any of the reward above to be credited into your account, re-enter the activity page and click [Claim]" any rewards not claimed past 7 trading day window period after the "campaign period" will be forfeited.

#Stocks bundle consist of AAPL, NVDA, TSLA, AMD, MSFT shares given at a fractional value of US$10 per share and it adds up to a total of US$50 (S$70) per bundle. How do I get my Grab Voucher?

New users who successfully completed the task will be issued with the Grab Voucher to their universal account within 2 months, tagged to the Grab-registered mobile number provided at account opening.
 
How do I get 6.8% p.a. Guaranteed Returns?
1. New users who sign up during the campaign period can enjoy a 30-day 6.8%p.a. on any selected funds of Moomoo Cash Plus, applicable to the first S$80,000. Any additional subscription above S$80,000 will earn the original fund return. Minimum subscription amounts into Cash Plus is S$0.01/US$0.01.
2. During a negative 7-day yield period, the position in either funds invested will be automatically liquidated. Users will still be entitled to the full 6.8% p.a.cash rewards guaranteed by Moomoo SG.
 
How do I collect all Stock Bundle (AAPL, NVDA TSLA, AMD, MSFT)?
1. Deposit a cumulative amount of at least S$3,000 and perform 3 cumulative buy trades to get 1 Stock Bundle (worth S$70). Subsequently, you may deposit an additional of S$7,000 on top of the initial S$3,000 and perform another 5 buy trades (including at least 1 stock trade) to unlock 3 more Stock Bundle (worth S$210).
2. After completion of the tasks, click "Claim" via the promotion landing page and the corresponding Stock Bundle will be issued to you in-app under [ME] > [My Reward].
3. Stock Bundles will remain frozen until the assets maintainance period for each tier have been met. Upon satisfying the designated conditions, the Stock Bundle will automatically unfreeze and all rewards will be credited directly into your Moomoo SG universal account.
 
I opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the campaign period, but I have not yet deposited funds . Am I still eligible for this promotion? Existing users who have successfully opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the campaign period but have yet to deposited any amount into their Moomoo SG universal account will be eligible for this promotion.

How does 6.8%p.a. work?
Moomoo SG only guarantees 6.8%p.a. returns for up to 30 days. The principal amount is not guaranteed.
This promotion is only applicable to the first choice of fund up to S$80,000 and its equivalent in other currencies (S$80,000/ US$60,000), with a minimum purchase starting from S$0.01 / US$0.01, valid for up to 30 days.
You can subscribe to either USD Cash Plus or SGD Cash Plus. If you have subscribed into both funds at the same time, the fund with the higher subscription amount will be assumed as the first choice of fund. The first fund subscribed may be purchased actively by the customer or purchased automatically after the customer activates SmartSave and is determined based on the subscription time.
6.8%p.a. includes original returns from the fund itself and extra returns tabulated daily from Moomoo SG
Total extra returns will be tabulated and credited to your Moomoo SG universal account as a lump sum in the form of a cash coupon within seven business days after the end of the 30-day enjoyment period.
 
When does the 30 days begin?
The 30 days term will commence upon your verification of your subscription into your choice of money market fund under Moomoo Cash Plus which is around 1-2 working days after you have initiated your first subscription.
If you choose Fullerton SGD Liquidity Fund or CSOP USD Money Market Fund and subscribe before 9:00AM SGT. on the same day, the returns will be confirmed on the same day. If you subscribe after 9:00AM SGT on the same day, the returns will be calculated from the next day.
If you choose the Fullerton SGD Cash Fund and subscribe before 12:00PM SGT on the same day, the shares will be confirmed on the next day. And if you subscribe after 12 PM SGT on the same day, the shares will be confirmed on the 3rd day. In the event of public holidays, the event will begin on the next trading day.
 
When do I need to complete my buy trade tasks?
Upon registeration on the event page and completing your deposit, you must complete a specified amount of buy trades (include buying stocks, options, ETFs or funds only) within 7 days after the campaign period has ended.
 
How is the extra 6.8% p.a. return calculated?

Do I need to complete the subscription on the event page?
No, you do not need to complete the subscription on the event page. Once you have registered during the Campaign Period, you can purchase Cash Plus via the app directly.
 
Can I withdraw my money at any time?
You can redeem your investment in the fund at any time, but the 30-day enjoyment period countdown will not be paused. Your first subscription into Moomoo Cash Plus activates the 30-day period with a 6.8% p.a. guaranteed return, and you can redeem or increase your holding to the maximum subscription at any time during this period. Enjoyment period ends after 30 days and total top up returns from Moomoo SG based on your daily subscription value within this 30 days will be calculated. Top up will be credited into your Moomoo SG Universal Account in the form of cash coupon within the next 3 working days.
 
Can I resubscribe again after full redemption?
Your initial subscription activates the 30-day extra return period, which continues to count down even after selling your position. As long as you are still within the 30-day period, you may resubscribe to the same chosen fund and benefit from the remaining extra return period.
 
What happens when the 30-day extra return period ends?
When the 30-day extra return period ends, you will no longer enjoy the extra returns, but you can continue to receive earnings from the fund itself.
 
What happens if the selected funds generate negative returns?
During times of negative returns for seven consecutive days, the fund will be automatically liquidated. However, Moomoo SG will still provide you with the guaranteed return of 6.8% p.a., 30-day period based on your daily subscription value and holding days.
 
Which funds are included in the 6.8% p.a. returns?
The three eligible funds are CSOP USD Money Market Fund, Fullerton SGD Liquidity Fund, and Fullerton SGD Cash Fund. For "Fullerton SGD Cash Fund", do subscribe through the app, [Wealth] > [Cash Plus] > [Fullerton SGD Cash Fund] after signing up through the New User Promotion activity page.

Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/SG stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 2 SG market data, Level 1 China-A share market data and Level 1 HK market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. as per normal standards.
  14. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.
  15. While Moomoo SG guarantees up to 30 days 6.8% p.a. extra return, there is no assurance that Moomoo SG will be able to fulfill its obligations under such guarantee should an unforeseen event affect the going concern of the company.
  16. Where forced liquidation occurs during the event period, subsequent fund yield movements will no longer be monitored by Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG will not automatically initiate any forms of re-subscription after the force liquidation, and you will not be able to re-invest into the underlying fund during the negative 7-day annualized yield period. Should you wish to re-invest into the same fund when it reaches back to a positive 7-day annualized yield, you shall monitor the market conditions on your own. Should another negative 7-day annualized yield occur during the reinvested period, the same forced liquidation will happen. Moomoo SG will still guarantee 6.8% p.a. return rewards as long as the user has a positive position during the remaining holding period.
