The event starts at 10:00 AM on Mar 8, 2023, and ends at 09:59 AM (SGT) on Dec 31, 2023 (the "Event Period").

Eligibility

This event is available only to persons who, during the Event Period, use the exclusive Henry promotional event link to open an account at Moomoo SG.

Summary

After completing tasks, new users are eligible for the corresponding rewards, including free stocks and real-time market data. The exclusive rewards of the Henry promotional event will not be stacked with other welcome rewards in the same period.

Due to stock price fluctuation, the total asset is allowed to be 20% less than what is required, which is S$1,440/$1,040/HK$8,000. 1. How can I participate in the Henry exclusive promotional event?

1) You can sign up for an account on Moomoo through the Henry exclusive link and open a Moomoo SG universal account. After opening an account, you will receive one free share of Tencent Music (TME).

2) After your first deposit of S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000 or above into your Moomoo SG universal account, you will receive one free share of Amazon (AMZN).

3) Please note that by participating in the Henry exclusive promotional event, you agree to give up other welcome rewards.

2. How can I receive the free stocks?

1) Within three working days after the account opening process is completed, one free share of Tencent Music (TME) will be automatically issued to your Moomoo SG universal account.

2) Within three working days after your first deposit of S$1,800, one free share of Amazon (AMZN) will be automatically issued to your account, but it will be frozen.

After the stock is issued, new clients must maintain a daily asset of S$1,800 within 30 days to claim the free stock. Asset types include cash, stock positions, etc.

Due to stock price fluctuation, the total asset is allowed to be 20% less than what is required, which is S$1,440/$1,040/HK$8,000. The free stocks will be activated 30 days after you meet the requirements and be unfrozen within five working days after the 30-day holding period.

Each user and each device, whether it is a mobile phone or a computer, can only receive one sign-up/sign-in reward, one account-opening reward, and one first-deposit reward.

3. Can the rewards be stacked with other welcome rewards in the same period?

The exclusive rewards of the Henry promotional event will not be stacked with other welcome rewards in the same period.

4. Can I deposit an equivalent amount in another currency?

Yes. You can deposit S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000 into your Moomoo SG universal account.

5. How can I check my rewards?

You can download the Moomoo app from the App Store or Google Play and log in to check your rewards.

6. After depositing S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000 into my account, can I use it to start trading? Will my free shares be unfrozen after 30 days?

As long as you maintain a daily asset of S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000, you can continue to trade stocks and other financial products on the moomoo app. Due to stock price fluctuation, the total asset is allowed to be 20% less than what is required, which is S$1,440/$1,040/HK$8,000. After meeting the above conditions for 30 days, the free stock will be unfrozen. Within five working days after that, it will be automatically added to your account positions.

4. This offer is only applicable to new customers aged 18 and above who have a valid Singapore bank account in their own name. The registration application is subject to approval, and users who meet the account opening conditions will be successfully approved and registered. This account opening promotion bonus is only applicable to universal accounts of Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Moomoo SG").

5. Telephone, internet and other charges that may arise are borne by the participant. 

6. You can open only one universal account with Moomoo SG and agree to all the existing terms and conditions in the Client Agreement and the terms and conditions of this campaign or any other promotion, event or campaign. If your universal account at Moomoo SG shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts, Moomoo SG may unilaterally cancel your share awards and limit your access to future promotions. Please note that Moomoo SG does not allow anyone to open a trading account on behalf of another person (i.e. we do not allow non-beneficial owners to open an account). This requirement is also stated in the account opening process and in the statement. If you are not the ultimate beneficial owner of the account, please do not open a trading account.

7. Each user/device, regardless of mobile phone or computer, is limited to only one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and referral bonus. The same user can only be successfully invited once, the same Moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are regarded as the same user.

8. If the customer does not meet all the stipulated conditions of this promotion, Moomoo SG will retain the cancellation of the US stock market 0 commission trading, free stock and free Level 2 US stock market data and Level 1 Singapore market data rights, Moomoo SG will charge the normal fee.
