      Campaign Eligibility

      The campaign is only open exclusively to Singapore residents who have registered for a moomoo ID. Non-residents of Singapore will not be eligible for this promotion. Singapore residents, means those who are defined as having an IP address in Singapore.

      1. Referrer: Refers to a person who activates the invitation by sharing a referral code or link. All Singapore residents who have registered a moomoo ID can refer others.

      2. Referee: Refers to a person who receives the referrer's referral code or link. A referee is eligible to accept the invitation if they meet one of the following conditions: (1) New User: Who has never registered before clicking the inviter's shared link; (2) Existing User: Who has never deposited or transferred funds into the Moomoo SG account before clicking the inviter's shared link, and registration time must be before 14/12/2024 at 10:00pm SGT.

       

      How to Participate

      1. Click on the "Refer Now" button and generate a unique link/ invitation code.

      2. Your friend successfully completes the registration or deposit task via your link.

      3. You will receive the referral reward.

       

      Referrer Rewards: Earn up to S$170 for each successful referral

      Cash coupons will be issued under "Me" > "My Rewards" for the campaign, and cash rewards will be directly issued to the Moomoo SG universal account in the respective currency of the cash coupon. When making a redemption, please ensure you have an existing Moomoo SG universal account. If you do not have an existing account, you are required to open an account before redemption.

       

      Moomoo 2025 Lucky Angbao (up to S$888)

      The campaign is only open exclusively to Singapore residents who have registered for a moomoo ID. Non-residents of Singapore will not be eligible for this promotion. All users who visit the activity page with an IP address in Singapore or have a Moomoo SG universal account can receive a free Chinese New Year angbao.

       

      If the "God of Wealth" invites friends to receive red envelopes, and meets the "Referral Promotion" conditions, it will automatically bind the invitation relationship for both parties, and can be stacked as an "invitation activity" reward enjoyment.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      1. The Referee previously opened a Moomoo SG universal account and had not made any deposit before the campaign period. Is referrer still entitled to the rewards?

          A. If the referee has registered before the start of this event and already has a referrer, and the invitation is still valid: The referrer remains eligible to receive rewards as the referee completes the required deposit tasks.

          B. If the referee has registered before the start of this event, never had been referred by anyone before 14/1/2025 at 10:00pm SGT, the referrer remains eligible to receive rewards as the referee completes the required deposit tasks.

         

          *Referral Relationship Validity Period: The promotion for this event is within 90 calendar days. Following a successful referral of one friend by the referrer, the referee must complete the required deposit within 90 calendar days from the acceptance of the referral. If the deposit is not completed within this timeframe, the referral relationship will be deemed terminated.

       

      1. Will I still receive rewards if my referral relationship with my friend has exceeded the validity period? Yes, you can still receive rewards, but your referee must re-establish the referral relationship. This can be done by clicking on your new exclusive sharing link and completing the login process again. Please note that the re-referral must occur before the referee completes the deposit.

       

      1. If the referee has made a deposit before the start of the event but did not meet the tier task requirements, and then makes another deposit after the event begins to meet those requirements, is the invitation still valid? No, the invitation is invalid. The referee is required to complete their initial subscription/ deposit tasks during the stipulated campaign period for it to be considered valid.

       

      1. How can I determine if my referral relationship with my referee is active or inactive? Your friend must register using your sharing link or invitation code. Once their registration is successful, the invitation relationship will be automatically established. The relationship must be established before the referee makes a deposit in order to successfully receive the referral deposit rewards. There is also a termination date if no deposit is done within the 180 days timeframe, you may check your invitation records by navigating to the activity page, click "My Invitees" to check the validity of each referral relationship.

       

      1. If I have already received the transfer-in referral reward, can I still receive the deposit referral reward for the same referee?

          If you have successfully invited a friend to transfer their account and have received the transfer-in referral reward, you will not be able to receive the deposit referral reward when the same referee completes the deposit task.       Terms and Conditions

      1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.

      2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

      3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

      4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

      5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

      6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

      7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

      8. In Singapore, investment products and services available through the Moomoo App are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

      11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

      12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

      13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

      14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").

      15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.

      16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
